Kelly here! As we wrapped up Season 4 of the podcast, I found myself reflecting on the ideas that really stuck this year. Not just from the books we read—but from the conversations around them.

Here are five lessons I’m intentionally bringing into 2026:

1. Your voice matters more than your volume. You don’t have to be loud to be impactful.
2. It’s not the message—it’s the messenger. How you say things matters.
3. Validate before you build. Testing ideas early saves time and energy.
4. Let people make their own choices. Carrying the emotional weight isn’t yours to hold.
5. Build what feeds your soul. Ease and alignment matter more than hustle.
