Mel Robbins’ The Let Them Theory says: Comparison isn’t the thief of joy — it’s a teacher.

That one made me pause. For years I’ve repeated the opposite! But Mel’s take makes sense:
👉 If you can’t change it, let it go.
👉 If you can, comparison can teach you how.
