The “Airport Test” that can change your business
This week's Page TurnerHello Reader. One of my favorite exercises from Will It Fly? by Pat Flynn is what he calls the “Airport Test.” Imagine it’s five years from now, and you bump into an old friend at the airport. They ask how you’ve been, and you get to tell them about your life. What would you want to say? This isn’t about the size of your business, how many clients you have, or how many followers are on your list. It’s about your lifestyle. How are you spending your days? Who are you with? What kind of work are you doing—and how does it make you feel? When we get crystal clear on the life we actually want, it becomes so much easier to filter through new ideas and decide if they’re worth pursuing. If an idea doesn’t move you closer to that vision, then it probably doesn’t deserve your energy. ✨ Take Action: This week, spend 10 minutes journaling your own “airport story.” Where do you want your business to take you? We are rooting for your small experiments, Kelly + Joelene
